A o2 customer since 2006 - i upgraded my phone to a apple reconditioned phone with o2 in March 2017.
I have had nothing but problems with it since - the phone sold by o2 is out of apple warranty.
Exasperated with o2 Gurus I again upgraded on 30th just 3 months after the first upgrade.
I thought the manager in the o2 shop was there to look after me as he was aware of the problems.
I have now found out that my 30 day cancellation contract has been cancelled and I am now being charged more money for the same data and now tied into a 2 year data contract for the same data.
The broken phone has been sent back to me because the manager in the metro centre store, gateshead forgot to ask me to turn off my lock screen. To top that off o2 on Facebook have informed me that i will be charged to have my phone repaired. Be very careful when buying a re-conditioned phone and new contract with o2
