I would like to thank Marc for a first class service. He was so helpful and gave me lots of advice. He went away and checked items were in stock as there was none left on the shelf. Such a refreshing change to meet a young man who goes above and beyond nowadays. Thank you Marc.

My daughter likes to pretend she is a cat. The staff are very tolerant and let her play with the toys. I'll be keeping her away from the catnip!Great place.

Went with my daughter-in-law and grandson to buy a guinea pig cage and guinea pigs for my grandsons birthday the ladies on the cash desk were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction with our purchases

Somewhat knowledgeable staff bought fish and guinea pigs there and there thriving however I do wish that they would sell appropriate housing for guinea pigs rabbits ect

Regularly use this store as has large variety of items for our pet, reasonably priced and is in a convenient location with accessible parking. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Went to pet pals today and it was such a disappointment. Seen number of things online of people doing it and petting/handling the animals (it looked brilliant tbh)so thought I?d book my kids on to see what it was like. Went inside where they were given a box with some work sheets and a certificate, they coloured in and got to fling a bit of cabbage into the Guinea pigs cage then they were closed then locked. Really dissapointed would have at least thought maybe they?d have got to at least touch an animal. The guy doing the session just had no enthusiasm what so ever feel like it was a total waste of 45 minutes. So glad it was free because I would have been beyond annoyed if I had to pay. Thankfully ikea was round the corner so the kids got to have a bit of fun there instead. Wouldn?t recommend ?pet pals? to anyone

We visited the store to hopefully purchase our 8 year olds first fish tank. The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Richard, who took the time to ensure that we purchased the correct equipment and fish to suit our needs whilst ensuring the welfare of the fish. Richard even provided advice over the telephone when we were struggling setting it up at home. Thank you

Had a good experience here. I'm definitely not their target market. I.e. Someone who has all the information, all the equipment, so I only need the Hamster. Which is not how they make their profit.Amusingly, they go through a form to appear to tick off all the necessary items so the hamster is happy, really corporate want them to do that so they can make the big bucks on selling the accessories.I was dealt with by a very nice man who basically loved animals and was very chatty and gave me a queue jump. This is helpful as it allowed May the very least amount of time in the box.

OK I suppose - at best.... website is "clunky" and seems to have excessive security for some reason. Ordered online and only received part of the items on "click & collect." Didn't realise until we opened the packages. When we rang there was initial denial it was their issue then finally informed there was "another box still at the store." No apology and told to just come back and get it! When I did, I still didn't receive any apology or any attempt to compensate me for the time/effort/cost of returning... The cashier kept saying "perfect" repeatedly and when I corrected him with, "hardly perfect - mediocre at best" he just looked at me and stifled another "perfect" under his breath!?!
