So RM haven't updated their opening times online. Says their open until 6pm on a Thursday... went at 11:30am on Thursday 9th Nov to find it had closed at 10am... poor show Royal Mail.

You need to change your opening times on your web site , it's 8am -10am Mon to Friday , your old hours were better, 2 hours early on a morning is not enough flexibility for people to collect there parcels

Attempting to retrieve a parcel from here is a Kafkaesque nightmare, the opening times on the card are a lie. The staff refuse to deal with customer enquiries as they are ?too busy? even though ten of them had time to play football with a parcel marked fragile in the car park. The staff member at the enquiry desk was disinterested and apathetic to the point of virtual unconsciousness. He had no interest in my questions as he was preoccupied with filling out a stack of ?sorry you were out' cards to be delivered instead of the actual parcels! When I did eventually succeed in enquiring about my parcel I was told it had been buried in a nearby field because ?It might be a bomb!? This place is a disgrace avoid at all costs!

Arranged for delivery of important parcel to parents who are over 80 next day guaranteed (we live 180 miles away so only option due to COVID travel restrictions). They got a card saying it did not look like anyone was in and the parcel was taken away without ringing the door bell. Please talk to postman involved as many folks are relying on you to look after those we cannot visit! Very let down and angry... next time we use a courier.

OPENING TIMES WRONG - A thirty minute round trip wasted, because you are too lazy to read what your customers are saying about you. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITEYou are losing market share to your competition. And guess what, YOU ARE THE ONES MAKING IT HAPPEN with this lax attitude to customer service.

Should be open later for people who have todo school runs cause I just done a school run and by time I got here it was closed and I been waiting forever for this
