My experience with royal mail compared to other small delivery services has been awful.They don?t email or text to inform you that they are out for delivery. I missed one of such deliveries and they left a note. I followed through on what the note says and placed a call to customer for a re-delivery next 2days. It was confirmed. The next day I am getting text from my sender that they attempted delivery again, I was shocked. I am like, I called for re-delivery the next 2 days not the next day. I am so pissed at the service.. no seamless transmission of information from CSR to drivers or delivery unit. I had to go and pick up. You guys better learn from EVRI

Went at 4pm today as I can't get there before lunch time. Noticed their hours have went back to covid times. RM the dinosaur of the delivery world. I ordered 2 items at the same time. The company dispatched one to RM delivery and one yodel. Yodel ate terrible and I got that one yesterday. Not sure when I can get there during the new hours. ?

Staff are rude and incompetent, repeatedly ignore requests for redelivery to local post offices, have lost my mail more than once and their opening hours are a complete joke.

Really nice lads. Friendly & helpful. I?ve found nowts a bother with them. You need that when you go into a front desk. One bloke remembered me from my old address. He?s nice x

I don?t understand how they knock the Door when they have something to be handed!!!I never heard any knock ?? from them and I find out they left the paper note that we didn?t open the door!!!The funny thing the item I lost to open the door for was sign ( please knock the door ) !Then how to let them to knock the door next time!!!!!!
