Used to be a great shop when Sophia had it ,the last twice I've had my nails done the men are so rough and rude ,I only get overlays and am lucky if they last a week without chipping .after 3 years of getting my nails done here am now going to go elsewhere.

Wow what can I say the women nearly blinded me and left me bold I tried to get her to stop as I felt so uncomfortable and she was lethal with the wax getting in my eye and my hair she could not understand one thing I said then to top it off the other women there was even worse I had to get the dye of my eyebrows it was horrendous please don?t go there and waste your money and destroy yourself she still had the cheek to ask for the money so shocking never again I was mortified she absolutely destroyed my brows I then had to go to Newcastle and pay fot the monstrosity rectified

I wish they took more time with my nails cuz it was for my prom and i genuinely did not like it as much as I thought 8 would lovely staff but now I have to get my nails redone
