Shocking customer service. Each member of staff on there own are quite nice. None of them know their job or can communicate with each other. The radios don't work for them so i was told just to find x member of staff for them to do a simple exchange. But then they fancied a gossip, created a cue, didn't know what was what. So my 5mins exchange turned into a 45 min carry on with me having to actually run about the store doing their jobs. They have good people working there, just train them up, give them equipment that works.

After approaching a member of staff they were not busy I asked them to assist my partner but no one ever came we left with out purchasing anything due to the lack of customer service after approaching a different member of staff who was apologetic and offered to help but the damage was done

Politely asked a female member of staff where the till was, she snapped back "over there" asked her "over where: she just said "where the bags are" very rude and bad tempered.

Staff don't know how to do anything, always have to radio for someone else and then your stood waiting 10 minutes for them to appear. My husband bought some Nike trainers online, he received someone else's faulty returns and it still had their return label, including their name and address in the box! Shoebox was battered and shoes were faulty. Took them back to store as unable to return online due to the returns label already filled in by previous buyer. Wouldn't refund us, only offered a credit note! So also lost out on the postage fees. Shop is a joke! And now we've got to spend the money in there anyway as no refund offered.

I only give the place one as could not give zero. I have not been for avery long time due to owner. I thought I need some football boots and thought I will give it a chance. I stood for 5 mins no one came so spoke to young girl behind counter told me someone was coming. 5 mins later still no one. I went back and she said oh shes over there. They were serving someone else and ignored me. I waited 5 more mins no one else came. I googled another place, decathlon also in Team Valley. I got my boots there no problem and £20 cheaper. I suggest you try there first. Sports Direct staff did not care at all. So do not shop there.
