We have recently received very poor service at the pharmacy, with staff being very rude and abrupt with us. The wrong type of medication was dispensed (our daughter has sensory issues and can only tolerate a specific formulation) and when we flagged it and asked for help, we were met with a rude response where we were blamed for ordering the wrong medication. She has received the correct medication several times from this pharmacy and understand why she requires this specific type of medication so I don?t understand why there hasn?t been a pop up or note added. But besides this, the reaction/service received has been really bad?.snappy, aggressive and defensive when they should be helping patients.

Terrible service one assistant in particular needs to be sent on a people's skills course as she's abrupt and rude gave you a 1 star and you're lucky to get that.

I rang the number and spoke to one of the staff who was very nice and we'll spoken but that is not the reason for the two star. We spoke about my prescription and went on to get it delivered in which the staff said It would definitely be delivered that day or the day after and now I have to go several days without my medication as was not delivered before the weekend wich in all honesty is beyond a joke

I went to pick up a prescription today, but for the first time I forgot my mask and politely asked a member of staff for one, as per the notice on the counter. She responded by talking to me like a child, TELLING me not to forget my mask in future. I diplomatically did not respond, to which she repeated what she had said to me. At this point I did respond and told her I did not forget it deliberately. Nobody should be spoken to in this manner and if they don't want to hand out masks then the sign should be taken down. This individual spoke to me in a very condescending and insulting manner. I would suggest the assistant is refresher trained in how to speak to customers or more people will start to use other pharmacies......like I am going to.

One member of staff very unpleasant to customers and my prescriptions are never ready even though I go to pick it up two or three days after my surgery has sent it.I have changed my chosen pharmacy and have had no problems.Staff training would not go amiss.

I found the receptionist very unhelpful and quite rude. My man needed an appointment and couldn?t do it online. She wanted her reason kept private so didn?t want one of her (grown) children doing it. I phoned the surgery and explained that my mam had had trouble making the appointment online (she had been told to ask a family member or neighbour) The receptionist told me that I would have to ask my mother?s reason in order to make the appointment even though I explained my mam wanted confidentiality. I did make the appointment online but there was no option just to make an appointment. I had to answer a questionnaire of questions about an illness that did not relate to my mother?s need for an appointment. This is very stressful for the older generation who do not use online services as second nature.Once my mam did get her appointment and was able to see a nurse, she found the nurse very helpful.If patients? experiences are left with the receptionists then it could cause an ill person to not proceed with a much needed appointment.More sensitivity and concern is needed when calling up for help.

Staff are very friendly and helpful it does take a little while to get your prescription but bere in mind that the staff have to dispense the prescription and get the pharmacist to check it a very busy and popular chemist

It's a joke the length of time it takes to serve each individual. I spent an hour in the queue outside then 10 minutes to get served in the shop (1 person allowed in at a time) Change your chemist!!
