Absolute joke this place has been for years never answer phone when you ring when they open as they advise and when they do no appointments ever , always engaged when you ring , why don?t they do a call que system like everywhere else?

Everyone needs a Helen in their lives. Thank you so much for the incredible empathy and efficiency and for supporting me in such a highly stressful situation for me. So many gp receptionists get such a bad rap and rightly so. I have had the misfortune to encounter such people. So sadly Helen is an exceptional exception, and I am incredibly grateful for that

Had app with Specialist about my shoulder..Waited ages. Then was informed should have been upstairs.He nearly took my head off, because I was 10 minutes late. No one told me I had to go upstairs. Automaticly waited in waiting area.Horrible nasty man. Made me feel like a school kid. Saying I made next patient be 10 mins late.. I Was crying at 1 point.. I will not see him again.. I would rather suffer the bad shoulder.."we don't give injections just willy nilly" he told me again. Still waiting for X Ray results????

Have been attempting to get an appointment via telephone not answering!! Went to surgery no face to face appointments, don?t know how long days, weeks years who knows.I had an MRI which now needs intervention from my GP who I can?t see the system is totally broken, went on the NHS login attempted to get an appointment listed my symptoms and surprise couldn?t deal with me as I Need to SEE a doctor, and repeat !!

Same voicemail message for last 6 month due to unforeseen circumstances expect high volumes of calls 6 months ago it?s not unforeseen now. Employ someone who can take a call. Let?s face it you can get a gp appointment online, you can order your script automated but you can speak to a human without waiting over 30 mins plus. That?s when you actually don?t get cut off.

I am absolutely disgusted by this medical group my husband waited to have a telephone triage for over 2 weeks , which ended up with a GP from Victoria Medical Centre a Dr Singh, my husband described what I can only describe as some very worrying symptoms , the GP said he needed a face to face appt with a Glen GP and bloods, she sent a referral for this straight away to the admin staff to arrange all of this to have a face to face with his own GP, what did he get given another telephone triage for 3 weeks time , Dr Singh must have thought his symptoms needed an urgent tel appt but if they don't listen to a GP what chance does we as patients have I hope that the bloods will show somethin g so he can be seen sooner, we will both be leaving this practice absolutely disgusted with the service from this GPs.

Diabolic was denied a consultation face to face instead diagnosis was done over the phone with a doctor who informed me that my knee pain was probably due to arthritis, the pain became so bad I was forced to request a refural letter for a private consultation turns out I needed a operation as I'd torn my cartledge!!!

Although the doctors are nice and good at their jobs, getting to that point of being seen to is a nightmare...The receptionists are useless and never work hard. If you go into the building you can see them always chatting away and laughing in the back room even when there are people waiting to be seen. Calling on the phone is a nightmare, and booking online is nigh on impossible, as the page never fully works and sometimes refreshes randomly.Just today I had missed an appointment for a COVID vaccine and the website wasn't letting me book a new one, as it had said I already booked. When I called I spent over half and hour on the phone (which is actually quick compared to how long it usually takes due to them only having one receptionist on the phones at a time), only for them to tell me that I would need to call another number to book a vaccination (even though on my email it told me to reschedule by calling Glenn if I needed to). Then the receptionist, with a bored and unprofessional tone of voice told me I didn't need to even book and could just walk in (despite the email telling me to book).Once I arrived I was seen to be a third party vaccine centre and they were lovely and efficient, got done in five minutes. Unlike Glenn who are unprofessional and terrible.
