I can only do boxercise due to bad knee and old age ha ha but you get a solid work out. As long as " you" do your best can't ask for more - Michael (instructor) superb

It actively center is always busy. To attend it would be advised to phone in advance to book a room , floor space or a venue .

Houghton Sports Centre and Wellness Centre is right in the centre of Houghton Le Spring in Sunderland. It’s is perfect place to visit to reach your health and fitness goals. The sports hall provides a great range of indoor and outdoor activities including first-class gymnastics, basketball, badminton and martial arts facilities. There’s also a dance studio where we host a range of group exercise classes, meeting rooms, indoor bowls and a skate park. There’s also an ultra-modern gym that features all the latest equipment. Furthermore, the outdoor 3G pitch can be used for rugby, football and athletics too.
