Went in one lunchtime, only one person serving. Stood and waited in the queue....and waited and waited, there was only one person ahead of me, but the gent serving was determined to get extra sales. First it was "if you spend £50 you'll get a five pound voucher" so time was taken choosing items, to get the voucher.

Absolutely disgusting customer service - made an extremely large order by fast track - when I went to collect this I was told they don't allow to pick up from the back door - got several large heavy items and was told to get a trolley from Morrisons which was already shut but an extremely cheeky comment to make - no member of staff offered to help in any way and the attitude from the store manageress was extremely rude and cheeky - no information is given on their website or in the store to state that no collections can be made via the back door (which I had done on numerous occasions) and should therefore have a replacement service for collecting heavy items - the shop and staff are an absolute disgrace

Thanks for letting me pre order a toy last night then send me a text this morning to say it's ready for collection then allow me to drive down to pick it up to them tell me my order has been cancelled ? Would you like to tell my child he's not getting his toy!!

Argos. A necessary evil. They apparently have a rule that states you can't pick up an item from behind the shop unless it weighs over 15kg, so if you have a large unwieldy item good luck with that.
