Very friendly stuff. A few people are complaining here that they couldn?t collect parcels earlier. Well, the shop has to follow rules according to an agreement with the courier and there is nothing wrong about it.

I begrudge this guy the one star I had to put. He was the very epitome of arrogance.I arrived to collect a parcel and because I was fifteen minutes early he refused to serve me until the stated time. A customer arrived after me, five minutes early and suffered the same unhelpful reply. We waited until EXACTLY 6pm as stated only to receive a begrudged service. It's like the man thrives on being awkward and obstructive. The parcels we went for were there, in a heap, beside him the whole time. There was absolutely no need for this terrible customer service.I have since contacted the vendor who sent my parcel and UPS who use the shop as a collection point advising them to cease all further business with the store. On reading previous reviews on Google it seems that tonight was not untypical of the service this shop "provides".Suffice to say I won't be darkening his door again.

Refused to sell an energy drink for 39p with a note because it would hurt his pound coin situation. Why would you sell things in the shop at a low price if this is there reaction? Laughing at the customer?. If you want to buy anything in this shop don?t bother and to be honest the stock supply is minimal and not very exciting. Avoid at all costs

Hardly a 'convenience' store when you are denied entry 20 minutes before the closing time while the owner is inside waving at you and blasting music. Will be using Hedworth in the future.

Terrible service. I went to pick up a ups package and the difficult employee refused to give it to me despite having ups on speaker phone. Courier had to pick up the package and deliver it to me. Will never use this shop again.
