“Went to see Oppenheimer with the hubby. First time either of us had been to the IMAX. I was impressed with the seats being recliners, being able to put your feet up while you watch and still enough space for people to walk past you. The only downside was having a whole half an hour of adverts and trailers before the film even started. It's a long time to sit through, especially when you're going to watch a nearly 3 hour film.”

“I visited Apple Metrocentre last Thursday with my brother in law, Peter, who is profoundly deaf and disabled who wanted to update his iphone. We were fortunate to be attended by Missan who very quickly offered the Apple service of a BSL interpreter via video on an iPad. Missan introduced us to Mel the BSL interpreter. Missan went through everything with Peter with great patience and knowledge regarding his purchase and the options offered and Mel was able to explain everything in sign language. This was a fantastic experience for both of us as not knowing sign language myself it is always a worry that Peter has not understood everything. On Thursday I left the Apple Store confident that Peter was very well informed of his purchase. Thank you Missan and Mel for your excellent service, apparently we will back in the near future to upgrade Peter’s iPad.”
