“Fantastic experience with Caitlin who pierced my daughters ears. Very caring, reassuring and professional, a pain free experience and very, very clean.She was absolutely lovely! It would’ve been five stars if there’d been a better system in place for booking. I think there should be a booking system, which would be more helpful for staff too as they were constantly having to repeat the information and direct people to the queue outside, it was a bit chaotic and I felt it for the staff.However I would definitely recommend and return based on the experience we had today! “I had my ears pierced there yesterday and it’s the best piercing I’ve ever had, girl who did it was great totally put me at ease and found the best spot to do the piercing. I’ve had no swelling no soreness at all, I keep forgetting I’ve had them done, totally different experience to the other piercings I’ve had on my ear lobes at other places which have ended up infected despite following aftercare. Would 100% go to Claire’s for my next piercing.”
