Rude staff and closing services well before the time advertised, if you turn up at 3.50pm when it closes at 4 don?t expect to be served, door may shut at 4-6pm but they stop providing service well before. Very rude elderly woman behind the counter

Went in to renew provisional driving licence. Both PO website and Gov website say this service is provided. Staff in-store said it isnt, but could provide me forms to do so at home. Got home, turns out forms provided are to apply for a whole new licence. Employee definitely didn't misunderstand, as showed my expired provisional photocard when in branch, so essentially just fobbed me off, wasting a fiver of my money to get there in the first place. Shocking services from a monopoly.

Don't post your important letters from here. This crazy man sent my important letter to my address again. I know the reason because I didn't use the special post. When I came back from my trip, I was surprised. I'm suing you.Does anyone from here post letters to their home in this city? You probably don't have enough education and you are definitely not suitable for this job, you don't even know how to talk and deal with customers

Big queue but its a busy post office and everyone gets served quick enough ... always kind enough to split my withdrawal into smaller notes and provide a money bag or envelope

Massive thank you to the trusting male and female yesterday at the Post Office. I had 35 special delivery parcels, a broken wrist and two full of energy children. The male took all my parcels and details promising to send everything within two hours and contacting me to return and pay once complete.By the time i was back, the parcels were done and my kids asleep in the pram! Thank you for the patience

I had a terrible experience at the Post Office - MetroCentre. The staff was rude and unprofessional when I asked about Western Union transfer rates. Instead of providing the information, they insisted I fill out a form, becoming aggressive and dismissive. It's disappointing that they have such poorly trained staff.It is my sincere hope that the management of the Post Office takes this review seriously and takes the necessary steps to rectify this unacceptable situation. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive accurate information without unnecessary hurdles.I do not recommend this post office.

Last week the male that served me was so rude, I asked for 15 2nd class stamps, he then proceeded to tap on 16 stamps, I said pardon he pointed again, disgusting custonert, apprentently he is manager !!
