The change to machines is disastrous. Now trying to phone about a problem and after waiting for 6 minutes while working through automated questions, I am now in a music queue (now up to 9 minutes). No wonder Barclays have no reviews above an average of about 3.2!

Staff member Claire was extremely helpful and really took her time to complete an advice session. Very pleasant branch and staff always happy to help customers

I was privileged to do my work experience at this bank and I can honestly say the people from every corner of the bank are the most lovely people. It's incredible to witness first hand a place where customer satisfaction is placed above all else and a branch that it always striving to grow and improve. Would definitely recommend!
