We went to the store to get a swimsuit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is small (I don't know if it will be the same as the one in the photos), but their customer service deserves 5 stars and more. The best customer service of my life (and I'm not exaggerating). The girls are always willing to help, giving all the facilities, looking out for you, very very kind. The team is wonderful!

I had Orla and she was the best and most accommodating person. She truly made the experience so comfortable and natural, I was very nervous but she gave me so much confidence and was so helpful! And the bras are the most comfortable and best fitting I have had!

Looked after by receptionist Lisa and bra fitter Allysa at Newcastle uponTyne branch. Very friendly and helpful, and even though they had lots of customers I didn't feel rushed at all. Excellent service all round, thank you.

Top service. Huge selection to choose from and nothing was an issue, all the girls were a great help and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Easy free click and collect service used online with in-store fitting. Easy to return in store too.

Very helpful. Lots to choose from, which helped me to find the right size. When they didn't have my preferred colour in my size, they ordered it to be delivered to me at no extra cost. I now have it and it's great!

Staff were very polite but? I was given 5 bras to try and told she would be back in case I needed help with size ,colour etc ?. Still waiting !!I went to find her 3 times but later found out she had disappeared into stock room ?(this is when a bell in cubicle would be handy)?in the end I had to get dressed and left , without my new bra

went to buy bikinis and after looking in all the other shops in newcastle with no success i ended up going here. although it?s on the pricier side, it?s definitely worth it the ladies were lovely and helped me find my perfect size and ordered the style i wanted to my house, will definitely be returning

The ladies working there are lovely and very helpful, and honestly I?ve never had a bad experience with them, but it?s held back by the most rotund, intrusive, and inefficient system imaginable. I?ve been a customer at Bravissimo thrice, once in Manchester and twice in Newcastle, and each time I?ve had to wait about 3x as long as I was informed for a service. The first of which I had to leave after twenty minutes after being told five, and the second I was told to return to the shop 20 minutes later as there was a 20 min wait, after which I returned to the shop and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The third time, I was trying to process a refund which I also didn?t have a great experience with, as Bravissimo couldn?t process my refund until I handed over my postcode and address, which as a system feels incredibly intrusive.Furthermore, the shop floor accessible to customers in Newcastle is tiny and you?re reliant on asking for staff to check to see if bra sizes are in stock. Independent shopping is not really an option. I suspect delays are caused because there are SO many bras in the back that it?s impossible to sift through them in a timely manner, and this means more delays and more waiting around. I have yet to return with a well fitted bra and honestly if there was a competitor that had my sizes I would run there instead.
