Ordered food on deliveroo that was meant to come at 12:15 - we only received it at 12:53 after calling the place asking where our order was.The delivery driver made us walk out to the main road (about a 2min walk from our house) to collect our food and tried to charge us £2 because apparently he’d “been here before...

Had the the absolute worst service, extremely rude stuff who are extremely condescending. Pizza was nice though.

Digusting. Extremely rude and arrogant guy answered the phone when I was explaining that the food I ordered last night had chewed up bones in the container!! He denied it point blank! The picture attached says otherwise!
