Literally sick of people who can't count in this place.. asked for 2 sausage rolls got one. Not sure if its uber stealing my sausage rolls. We get it refunded everytime... Just make sure people have all fingers before you watch them start counting

If I could give no stars I would. I am filing an official complaint to Gregg's head office after leaving this review. This is regarding who appeared to be the supervisor/manager working on shift at 8am, Saturday 17th September 2022. She was not wearing her name badge so I couldn't identify her by name or position. Her attitude is very rude, abrupt, confrontational and intimidating in manner to say the least. I waited in excess of 30 minutes for a collection of an order and therefore merely queried why it was taking so long and she replied very abruptly that I just had to wait. I followed by querying her, shouldn't most menu choices be prepared in advance and she again said abruptly no and if that was the case everything would be cold. She began entering in to an argument with me which I find completely unacceptable. This place demonstrates very bad management, a lack of basic customer service and interpersonal communicational skills. I also noticed her barking instructions aloud and generally being very frustrated, bossy and patronising with her coworkers in front of customers which does not come across very professional. As a matter of urgency, Greggs Head Office need to monitor how this shop is being operated and investigate their supervisor/management who was working on shift at the time of my visit.I ended up cancelling my order collection as the visit was immensely unpleasant and I did not want to enter into any arguments like this supervisor/manager clearly wanted to. When I left the shop she even had the audacity to shout 'thank you' loudly as to get her last word in. I am absolutely flabbergasted as to how Greggs can employ such people to work in customer-facing roles if they have such unacceptable conduct. I have visited many Greggs shops but the experienced I had to endure here is by far the worst.Did she have personal issues/problems on this vist? Who knows, but don't take it to work and most certainly don't take it out on the public. After all, without customers Greggs is nothing.I don't like to leave bad reviews and always try to look for the good and positives. However, in this instance I had no choice as I have never experienced this kind of shocking service from any food establishments I've ever visited before.
