Visited to look for a back pack, gentleman in the shop was incredibly helpful and then spent lots of time helping me with fitting etc. I love LD as they always have time to help you. Highly recommend for ski boots too!

Don?t order online!!!Can?t give zero stars for the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Ordered online 9/10 and as of 5/11 Royal Mail still haven?t received the goods to deliver. Advised 48-72 hours over a week ago. Now emails aren?t being answered. Raised dispute with credit card company as they have had £120 over a month and I can?t contact them to get a refund.

Will not ever buy from them again. Terrible customer service. Tried to contact them about an Arcteryx parka I returned - I sent multiple emails and received zero response, and tried calling every day but nobody ever picks up the phone. Now that I have belatedly checked on Instagram and Trustpilot there are countless others who have received the same level of service. I am now out of money and would like my very expensive parka (which did not fit) refunded ASAP.

I sent this company 9 emails about my address and that it was changed!!! Not one single response to my emails and my package was delivered to my old address absolutely shocking service and if you bothered to read reviews on social media and google you will see exactly what im talking about so many unhappy customers

Website shows good products at good prices but that is as good as it gets unfortunately. I initially had a problem ordering on the website due to a glitch and no such thing as their customer service answering the phone. Eventually got an email response advising a way around the glitch to allow me to place an order and the item was in stock. Result, these things happen. Next thing, 5 days later I get an email confirming dispatch subsequently followed by an email from the elusive customer services stating my order cannot be honoured due to a stock issue and will refund accordingly. Slightly confused by dispatch vs cancellation I tried to call but shock no response. Eventually got email response confirming stock issue and refund confirmation.Now the 1 star is the fact I got my refund promptly but there is no customer service here, clear issues with website ordering never mind stock issues. It?s a shame but I will not be a returning customer based on this experience.

Its always a pleasure to purchase clothing and items from this shop, but standard delivery can take quite a little bit longer than normal.Everything ive ordered has eventually arrived, but its worth paying a little bit extra to receive your purchase a bit quicker.That's my only real issue, standard delivery is a bit slow, but they always answer my emails, and give full tracking details, which is impressive.The savings can be considerable, if your lucky, and see an item of clothing advertised at a come and buy me price, and their always willing to answer my email, which is the number one priority for me.A company that doesn't answer your messages, is useless in my opinion, especially when their on the other side of the country, making visiting them almost impossible.I will definitely be buying from them in the future, as ive saved quite a bit of money on bits of kit

The worst company to deal with. My husband ordered a ski jacket and at the check out the website changed the size and I didn?t realise prior to paying. Contacted the company (started out very helpful!) and they instantly refunded that order so I could order the correct size. It then took them 10 working days to dispatch the parcel (I had to email to chase it up, they found it in a store room apparently) after all that time it then arrived in the WRONG SIZE compared to what I ordered. Contacted the company to return, sent the return off and they now are taking 14 days to refund my order when they sent the WRONG ITEM and in that time they then sold out in the correct size. Frustrating doesn?t even cover it. They have had my £130 for a MONTH!!! I am beyond disappointed and will never order from here again. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful online customer service. Really disappointing, but they cannot meet delivery date targets that they themselves set, nor do they have the ability to dispatch a complete order. No notice of partial orders being delivered, no refund or any communication about missing items. No offer of reduced/free shipping, even on large orders, and no free returns. Excuses about standards of service due to 'an unexpected increase in orders' when they themselves put on a sale. All easy issues to fix, but there is apparently no desire to improve their service. Just avoid buying from this company and save yourself the headache.

I ordered two small items and after 6 days received an email apologising that the items were not in stock and informing me that a refund had been processed. This is either a badly run company or maybe it's somehow financially beneficial to them to have your payment on their balance sheet for a few days.

AvoidPlaced an order on the 7th.Never able to get through to customer services.Spoke once to somebody in accounts who said would expedite my order but this has not happend.From reading other reviews I am in same situation in that I now beleive my item will no longer be in stock and I will expect an email saying I will be refunded.I've emailed 3 x with now no replies. The last email said it will take over a week to process orders despite having a delivery for 3 to 5 business days.

Enquired about a price match on a pair of Arcteryx ski bibs. First response was they didn't have the same size. When I pointed out that they did they then responded saying we don't price match from the brand's website. Nothing in the T&C stating this. Clearly they are avoiding price matching this item as it doesn't suit them. Don't offer a price match promise if you won't honor it.

Handled a warranty return on a pair of boots with a fault and liaised with the brand on my behalf. Staff were helpful and sorted out a sizing issue with my replacement pair quickly and efficiently. Fully recommended

Boots were scuffed and didn?t look brand new. Not what you expect for high-end expensive walking boots. When I complained to customer services their response was dismissive. My advice: look for another retailer when buying online.
