It's a scam bank . I am loosing money everyday, and even after informed bank . Join HSBC your money is safe.

Not enough staff, 2 desks on, queue a mile long and went down to 1 desk as lady was going on her lunch. Staff are lovely but have too many standing around greeting and directing customers instead of getting behind a desk and help clear the queue. The bank needs to increase staffing

Horrible, unhelpful staff. Lloyd's claims to have a policy of inclusion to help people with alternative proof of ID/address but your employees do not reflect this. I had to insist multiple times whether there were any other documents I could use since their website says to ask the local branch. Counter person doesn't care enough to provide good service, just does the bare minimum and assumes you are not informed. Only after insisting, he got up and found someone else only for them to repeat the same drivel. Can't imagine how "inclusive" they are being to marginalised groups if they an't even handle a simple case of someone having temporary accommodation. They will not be seeing my business anytime soon.

Do not Trust Lloyds if you are struggling as they say they will help you - No they will downgrade your credit rating. *Warning I was excellent and now poor due to being in hospital (They do not care - they just want to look good - I only stay with them as I love the building)

My Journey with Lloyds bank started many years ago with Lorraine Kirk, at Colchester Branch (Essex, UK). She and the manager at the time were excellent always available for anything, even though I was a student bank then, so I thought "wouldn't be that interesting as a customer" they treatment me like I was a one of the most important customers in the branch. They were always welcoming and helpful.-Newcastle grey street Branch:Niamh Donaghy, was excellent, friendly helpful and very professional, gave me all options to an specific topic, and even stayed with me and the manager after the bank was closed. Plus she was covering a colleague that called on sick as I supposed to be seen by someone else.The manager Katie very welcoming and friendly, even though she must be busy all the time, she still comes down and speak to customers, at the same time she is paying attention to everyone working in the branch, making sure the quality is higher and higher (raising the bar all the time).Also noticed Katie that whenever any colleague ask her for help she will treat them with a lot of patience and with a calm and friendly attitude will help them do whatever it is they need to do.Finally as mentioned she also stayed until after the bank was closed to help Niamh too, very few people will do this.I mean really what else can you ask from a manager when she is constantly paying attention to everything and everyone.Went there the second time Katie came straight away to see what I needed.People like them humanized a company, you feel warm understood and you know they will do everything they can because they truly care.People like them, makes Lloyds not only a bank, in my opinion it is one of the best institutions in the world that really cares about people, either you are student, professional or whatever you do.Thanks to people like them I do trust this bank, and nothing can buy trust.Daniel Freitas

Went in this business today and was very pleased with the customer service and overall outcome. I was concerned because of others recording low scores, but I found customer service and professionalism exemplary. Definitely recommend this bank.

Had a nightmare trying to stamp some bank statements. Very old fashion bank. One lady there was so unhelpful and abrupt.

True story: I give it one star because there?s no zero rating for it, this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life, they suspend my account without any explanation or notification, when I went to the branch I asked them for explanation and they were so disrespectful, don?t get fooled with the name, the customer service in this branch is the worst, sorry to hear that but it?s the horrible truth, after what they call it ?investigation? they found out I have nothing wrong and they opened the account I used it normally but the surprising thing is after 1 month (which is last week) they sent a letter saying they want to cut their relationship with me!! I called and asked them, why? All their saying was ?we don?t know? can you imagine the stress and time wasted on them, I regret opening an account with them.. worst customer service ever.
