The new mcdonalds uk Way is a little box hatch service type counter slow service you can hear people talking but there is no fast food service here very disappointed. Food was barely warm.. Time you get to the car after waiting god knows how long ...its like warm and pretty naff. Mcdonalds are just not what they used to be.

if ya at deaths door starving macdees is place to be other then that its most depressing non nutritous food thats ever likely to pass ya lips and a drive through is meant be drive through not drive order and park up and wait whilst they sort uber drivers deliveries first through ????

Tried this place again after poor experience 1/5/22. Unfortunately things have got worse. If it was not a McDonald's, this place would be out of business. Waited an eternity as per the last few visits, and the food was stone cold. Whoever manages place is never around, and it is always the poor young staff facing the flack. Absolute disgrace for a fast food place. Visit at your peril and make sure you are not in a rush. I will avoid in future the place just cannot cope.

They have stopped allowing you to buy the salsa sauce unless you buy the mozzarella dippers, What a joke. I'll go to the Boldon one now.

Every time I order a delivery they always miss items off this time 3 ice creams on an order. I can understand one but all three and I can?t count how many times this has happened won?t be using this outlet again!
