No idea why this place advertises itself as a parcel collection/drop off location. They have got no idea how to deal with the parcels, they either get confused as to how to scan them or they straight up lose them. The staff could not care less. Do yourself a favour and send them to the One Stop in Cleadon.

Terrible. Old lady always rips people off never gives right change. Drive or walk to a different shop. Shame about her the rest of the staff are great
