I am utterly dismayed by the utterly deplorable treatment I experienced during my recent visit to the post office. It is disheartening to witness blatant disrespect and racist behavior from individuals who are meant to serve the community with fairness and impartiality.From the moment I stepped through the doors, it was evident that the staff had little regard for their customers' needs. Instead of adopting a helpful and courteous demeanor, they viewed their positions as an opportunity to exert power and belittle those who sought their assistance.

Benwell(Post Office) i use this post office nearly 7years , all the staff are very gracious, and extremely helpful, especially a lady called Shaz , she ls such a beautiful Woman, l really look forward to our short conversations together, she truly makes my days when I went post office . l highly recommend this Post Office branch very much. ?
