Attempted to return a pair of faulty jeans, the male manager was very aggressive and attempted to belittle me in-front of his peers. Issue of the return now been resolved with river island head office but will not be bothering to return to this store in the future. Very poor experience and very poor management.

Terrible no staff to be seen. Shop lifters would of had a field day. When a staff member did show his face he just walked straight past me. After that I just walked out as I was looking for something I seen online. Shocking service and they need some staff in there cause it wasn't good walking into the men's department... read full comment
