I'm a regular customer at Sainsbury's Cramlington which is my favourite store. Due to isolation I decided to try online shopping and placed an order for delivery yesterday in the 10.30pm till 11.30pm slot. The order didn't arrive so l waited up till 12.30am and still no order or contact. Very disappointed and annoyed at the lack of interest on sainsbury's Heaton part. We all understand time might run out or things can go wrong but there is no excuse for lack of contact. You h

The fact that they dismiss racism so easily is seriously concerning. A member of the public racially abused a staff member and nothing was done...in fact the staff member has lost his job over this!!!

I was in your store tonight which was my first time in a supermarket since last Monday and obviously since the lockdown. It was a bit surreal and strange seeing it so quiet and having to queue to get in but you could tell that you were doing everything you could to make sure people were safe even though it was a bit scary. You could see the baskets being sanitised before going back and staff taking all the extra precautions!
