Gave up waiting after over 45min wait to speak to someone and still not at the front of the queue. They need to rework how they do things in this branch. My other bank is much better.

I'm changing the bank to another one!!! Today I ran out of patience with santander bank and this branch...it's the only branch in the area and there's always a problem. ATMs don't work all the time and when they do and you want to make a deposit, the money gets stuck inside the machine. Bank staff were unwilling to act and open the machine and return the money to me. I waited 30 minutes for their help!Now, I'm afraid every time I have to deposit money in... this has happened to me a total of 4 times!Today the problem was there again. Making a deposit again did not work in any of the ATMs in the entire branch... I had to wait in line for another 35 minutes and missed my important meeting where I was late!!I know that we're people only and sometimes can some things happen but here is the problem all the time. That's what takes my emotions high...Do you want to visit santander branch? Please be sure you have 1 hour free time...

I?ve been coming to this branch for the past 3 years and all the staff there were always helpful and friendly. the new younger girl today was definitely not friendly, I?m surprised how different her attitude was compared to all the other staff. Rude

First you the close 2 branches I used, then you're now reducing opening times of the few branches that's left. Mustn't want any customers! I'll be leaving

Since the branches closest to me have closed I have had to travel to this branch.Simple change to be made on my account.Cue out the door, stood in it for about 15 mins then asked by a floating member of staff if they could help. Explained and made to sit round the corner and told over an hour wait! Great with a restless 2 year old.Why close branches if the next branch can't cope with demand.

Terrible to get a appointment sorted not very helpful at all need to sort themself out I was lead to belive customers where there focus point.......... Not!

I'm a support worker on a mental health ward. Yesterday we visited this branch with a patient. The care and the patience of the staff was fantastic, we really appreciated all they did for a gentleman who can be quite challenging. A big thank you!
