Nice location for a Starbucks within The Village Hotel & Spa (Newcastle Cobalt).Staff were friendly, loved my large pumpkin spice latte after gym & swimming pool session.Atmosphere I believe was nice, there was four girls sat drinking coffee & knitting clothing ?Dietary restrictions: Different optionsParking: Free parking for a specified time then you pay within the timed parking hours.

No peppermint range of drinks at Christmas which was disappointing but standard coffee is fine.

Top notch Starbucks. Even the app worksVegetarian options: There are too many options for such a small percentage of consumer. It would be nice if you could add more variety to the normal eating lifestyle consumer

Great staff but sooooooo slow. Had to wait ages for a coffee. Overheard the staff saying that they were cleaning the coffee machine. Do that out of business hours!!

I love a Starbucks.. and this is my favourite one! The place is always clean and everything is served with a smile :-) Cam makes a fantastic coffee and his customer service is excellent. Sarah?s so friendly and we chat along when she?s making my drinks (always made to perfection too). I visit here multiple times a week for my pre work caffeine and it perks up my morning :-)

What lovely staff! Cameron and Charlotte were very welcoming, helpful and considerate. Made our visit more pleasurable. Having just come from a disappointing dining experience where we were ushered out of a restaurant before we were really ready to leave (which was not full or closing) we decided to pop in to Starbucks at the village hotel for a cuppa. Even though the cafe was to be closing soon, and they were very busy, they took the time to make us feel welcome and we were not rushed out at all. We will be returning

Such a cute Starbucks tucked in the corner..has a homely vibe - friendly and accommodating staff & a great selection of items including mugs travel cups ect too ..??
