Kiosk opens at random times in the morning. I was there yesterday at 6am and it was open. Been waiting til 6:10am today and it's still closed. It's 2023 please provide customers with contactless payments at pump or just employ staff with willing to work

Popped in to get fuel and air for the tyres after a 5 hr flight and needed a drink of water for our 5 and a half hour journey back to Scotland. Unfortunately the petrol station had sold out of bottled water. The girls behind the counter were really nice and helpful "bossy boots" her name was gave my 70 Yr old dad her own water for his journey home bless her. That was so kind of her to go above and beyond her duties. It's the small things that make great customer service. Thank you again if your reading this girls..

Good value as prices are competitive and you earn tesco clubcard points too. Pay at pump or Kiosk available. Always clean and tidy, staff polite too.Only negatives are that the car wash and air/water pumps are nearly always out of order and there is no signs to indicate when they're expected to be fixed by and staff never seem able to shed any light on this either.

Ok, pretty fast to get through but not the cheapest in the area. Also has pay at pump which I personally prefer as it means you can get in and out more rapidly.

Machine gave me an error, this is fine, I don't mind that... what I mind is the attitude of the staffI paid in shop, and the staff gave me dead eyes, as if I annoyed her first time I saw her.I don't know how much she is paid, but having a job during the pandemic is already a gift, why show the annoyance to your customers? However, I don't think everyone is like that... the staff that gave me this feeling has blonde hair and was handling the inner till (not the till next to shop windows).

I'd hired a car at Newcastle airport and filled up here before I returned it, as it was the nearest, cheapest petrol station to the airport. It's possible to pay at the pump and when you choose to do so, it does a pre-authorisation of £99 on your card. The machine had run out of receipt paper, so I had to insert my payment card into a nearby pump to obtain a receipt.

Went today to put fuel in because I had a £20 note in my wallet I chose to pay at the kiosk, wish I didn't as soon as I pulled out a note at the counter the miserable member of staff looked at my note as if it were a crime paying with cash additionally she went quiet as if she was really upset over a note.please its 2021 and the jobs we do are purely choice.i shall be using pay at pump (not here) to avoid any human contact.

It's ok as filling stations go. You can set amount you want to pay and it doesn't go over that amount. More petrol filling stations should have this facility
