I had a great experience in this store,,I knew what I wanted to buy, JPG, I was a little flustered but the sales assistant was so helpful.One happy customer who will be returning.

Not good. Security guard eye balling me looking at and smelling after shave constantly and apparently so did manager looking lady although I didn?t notice.I paid for my purchase and left and set off the security alarm on exiting to be pounced on by security guard. I did point out he had just stared at me paying at cash desk and it was their fault. 20 apologies followed quite rightly I think partly as I was quite angry but while staff interaction at till was nice it was not an experience that put me at ease Wouldn?t return

Uncomfortable visit from start to finish. Horrible experience from start to finish-Staff and security guard were like vultures, I was watched and trailed by 3 staff members and the security guard, as I talked to one member of staff, (I was trying to buy a birthday present fragrance)I was polite, and left and wouldn?t be back. I walked 2 minutes and entered Boots and bought my fragrance there, staff in boots were lovely, accommodating, and I felt at ease.

Assistant sold me the wrong item.She told Me it was 65 pounds. Went to checkout and it was 35. She said oh it just be on sale.Now I have an item I don't need (now opened)Won't go back.

Wanted an inexpensive perfume to get me by whilst in Newcastle. The member of staff that helped me was extremely knowledable in respect of all fragrances and found me an inexpensive, lovely perfume, she was so patient and helpful ?
