Ordered alot of stuff which was expensive, however only received two items, when calling they are no help and no will not refund the missing items or replace them!! I am out of pocket by a large amount! There answer is there is nothing they can do!!I highly recommend not to order from them as there customer service are bad and unhelpful

Love White Co Product items. Newcastle shop staff are a problem though and very odd. Been in 3 times lately and they keep in ripping prices off things if they are gifts and ruining what you are buying. I have a soap where the box is in such a mess i can't gift now!

Two year running they have sent item/ items with a gift box that is too small for the actual item!? You have to pay £5 for the gift box and they don?t send the correct size. I have complained this year and there solution is to send me a £5 gift voucher to use in store.. a very sneaky way to still get customers to spend money in their store (what can you get at white company for £5) and also not a resolution to the problem for my gifts. I will be sending the gifts back obviously as it looks rubbish for the amount of money I?ve paid without the box but will not be getting the money back for the gift box- an error on their behalf. Level of service is shocking for a company that prides themselves on luxury.

Can't thank the staff in Newcastle store enough! I have just been in to use 2 vouchers and could feel panic attack coming on. Staff so helpful, could see something was up offered their help straight away. Excellent customer service, thank you so much x

I have now been sitting on my phone for 35mins in order to talk to the white company.I have waited 8 days for my order to arrive, which ok it?s Xmas but I don?t and haven?t found these delays with any other large size company.I now find I?ve no returns form to fill in. That?s ok I?ll print my order off but in the meantime?I have to say I?ve been buying from this company for years now. I know fashions change but I?m finding it harder and harder to get jumpers that are a nice style and fit. The jumper I ordered is a cashmere jumper, and certainly not a cheap jumper. It looks utterly horrendous, like it?s been through the washer and shrunk up my body. White co cashmere was always a delight. Most of my family have bought them in the past. I bought 2 polo necks a couple of years ago and they still look first class even after wearing them non stop. I cannot for the life of me understand what they?re thinking turning out these these unbelievably ugly fits. I knew a man once who tried to save his company money by taking a few lines out of the ladies tights they manufactured. They ended up going bust because women were buying them and finding the gusset only went up to their knees? are The White Company making cheap copies of their once beautiful knitwear?

Had some fabulous experiences with The White Company when getting presents for family and friends this year. The click and collect equivalent is; ring, order and then arrive and knock on the door. Then a lovely person brings your shopping bags to you.Really easy, straight forward and COVID safe.
