I was most impressed with the customer care that I was given by your company. I?ve had mobile phones from the time. They came around from the brick to today?s modern iPhone 15, and I?ve never found any Shop as welcoming as explaining as helpful from the from the customers point of view. Having been a GP most of my life and teaching communication skills, Peter is absolutely brilliant.

Popped in to get my phone upgraded and the quality of service from the team in there was great. Never had an issue since I opened my contract a few years back now. Aaron the man who served me was great and supported in transferring the details from my old phone. Walked away with new home broadband which is much cheaper than my previous BT Internet as well. Will definitely be returning back as always had good service from there, the management are happy to help you out even with the little questions I had, even when busy. Thanks a bunch!

If you want to be served by rude, empathy-less, textbook idiots that can't cancel a contract within the 30 day cooling off period just because the packaging of the box is missing, then this is the store for you.The white male colleague who looked like a graduate kept referring to T&C's, and taking every word we said literally, and kept highlighting about the box packaging, and kept interrupting and talking over us instead of listening and being empathetic to actually see what's going on.They both even admitted that they did not tell us to keep the packaging when returning even though the box is of "such great importance" that they make it out to be.1. Very rude2. Unhelpful3. Robotic Response4. Extremely tone deaf5. Lack of empathy6. Special kind of stupid with a missing wealth of common senseStaff needs training as this is such poor customer service.If you're reading this, please resolve online via live chat as there's a lot more help from the agents than the store. They resolved my query by providing me a free DPD label to print and send off and cancelled the contract easily. They even said that the store's attitude was appalling and fell way below standard - obviously complaint has been filed!Online chat only took me only 5 minutes to tell them what's going on.

Bought a new phone for husband and was served by Aaron. Friendly and knowledgeable and made the task a lot easier. I'm not confident buying new phone so put me at ease straight away.

Terrible service. Tried to set up a service 3 times, twice online and once in store and still got nowhere. When I went in store, the attitude was very much like they didn't care. Wouldn't recommend if it is this hard to even set up a service
