Busy in the restaurant but excellent service from our waitress. No delays,drinks served promptly. Food delicious, except not hot enough. All four of us felt the same. The gravy especially wasn't hot,which didn't help heat up the food.We did tell the waitress, when she enquired how our food was,that it was really lovely except not hot enough. She offered to sort it out but we were all tucking in and it seemed more bother to get it all heated up. She said she would tell the kitchen staff.

1st time to Kenton Bank.Very busy as you would expect on a Sunday, but staff were well in control. (Our server Gracie was attentive and polite)The food standard Toby fayre, good selection of meats and vegetables. (Certain vegetables could have been served hotter-minor gripe) The yorkshire puddings were awesome. I liked the refillable soft drinks.Price point for 4 people very good... just short of £100.00, this included x1 Kingsize carvery, x1 pint of Coors, x1 glass of house white, x4 refillable cokes, and x3 desserts.

This a great spot for a nice meal with your family and friends, went personally with my girlfriend?s birthday with her family. Enjoyed it fully and rhianna our server was great. One thing I?d mention is that the beef was way too fatty.

As far as carverys go, this one is our favourite. Good selection of food available to choose from and it's cooked well. I've always been a homemade dinner kind of girl but when my partner says let's go to a carvery we choose this Toby every time.

If this was just for the service then it would get a big 5 stars as the staff are all pleasant and helpful. I could not fault anyone from the welcome at the door to the floor staff and chef cutting the meats.The Yorkshire pudding was delicious along with the meat and gravy but this is where it ended. The mash was very watery and the veg was so overcooked and mushy and this is the reason I have to give a 2 star review.

Fantastic foodAlways delivers quality roasts on a Tuesday night.I have now been twice and it just keeps betterThe value for money is just excellent.As a first year student I look forward to many more roasts at Toby carvery !
