This is the second time we have used trailfinders, we?re currently sat about to depart from the first leg of our honeymoon to find none of our internal checked baggage has been included for the further two legs of our journey.We?ve spent the best part of an hour on the phone with them this morning to be told that there?s nothing they can do. They openly admit they haven?t followed procedur why not telling us, now we will have to spend £200-300 to rectify their mistake. In the two holidays we?ve booked we?ve spent over ten thousand point with them. You should genuinely be embarrassed about the way you treat people.Be very aware before booking with them, they claim to take the stress out of things but take no accountability for breaking their own procedure.
