“In general ok, stock levels of cheap soya milk fluctuate a bit but on the whole they're ok although the freezer with the most bother is the one with the veggie stuff in”

“Thank you so much to the staff tonight at Kirton park terrace in North Shields who kindly paid for my nanas shopping from their own pockets, her account had been victim of fraud and her cards were cancelled unknowingly to her. It’s not an easy trip for her going out and about now as she is disabled and blind, she must have been really stressed out when she couldn’t pay. The staff also helped her get the telephone number for the bank to help her. Can’t thank you guys enough, good job there is amazing people out there to make up for the ones that steal from the vulnerable. After such a hard year of being isolated this was the last thing she needed, but you both really restored her faith in humanity ”

“The Co-op always has a good selection of food although at times it does lack on its freshly baked goods. The car park small and often gets used by the neighbouring pubs which can cause issues when trying to pop in to pick up some local goods. Staff always seem friendly.”

“Hi everyone. I was walking down home yesterday. I heard these lads about 9 or 10. I managed to hear they were going to one stop. For some thing. So I rang the shop and told them. How every it was a good thing I did. They could not get in there. But they went to post office instead. But when I look at my clock in house it said 2 minutes pass 7 so though the post office was closed. It was not so they over there and stolen thing and girl was on her own. I wish I had rang them too.”

“A good selection of food and utensils. But over the last month the prices are creeping up, the staff are helpful and friendly. If it wasn't for the prices I would have given it 5 stars”

“Staff are always friendly and professional. Also, there's usually some good offers that they have in store. Not quite your supermarket pricing but, certainly a lot convenient that the supermarket and, a lot cheaper than the regular corner shop”

“Lovely staff, so friendly, always stocked very well, I have stopped going to big supermarkets now as I have autism and it’s too stressful, so I use tynemouth Broadway sainsburys for my shopping everyday. It was a lifeline to me during lockdown. Also so convenient as you can order anything from Argos and have it delivered to store within hours”
