Miserable and rude staff. If you don’t like your job then leave. Oh and if you can only fill forms in black ink why do you have only blue ones? To the owner, why after a year do you have the same rude miserable staff?????

Well all I can say is that I've found all the girls and boys who work here to always be helpful. Can't be easy being the main Post Office in Whitley Bay and with the Banks closing it puts extra pressure on the staff. I've always found that a friendly smile and a cheery Good Morning work wonders.
