I have shopped in Toolstation quite a bit over the last year while renovating a house. The staff are always so helpful. I have asked so many questions and for their advice and they really go above and beyond to help.

The staff at toolstation are always friendly and helpful. This morning (Sunday) I had a leak in the waste trap in my bathroom. I removed the part and went to my local store. The exact part was currently out of stock but Ian who was working on the counter, found me a suitable alternative which was perfect for the job and...

Left my debit card here by mistake after collecting some items. The staff used it to go on a shopping spree. Asked the manager the next day to check the CCTV and he presented they didn't have any to cover for his staff. Go to a different Toolstation.
