Not worthy of even this one star. Branch Manager Mr Kelso is the most unhelpful person I?ve ever had to deal with in Barclays. Had accounts, business accounts, savings accounts and mortgage here. Been a customer for 42 years and zilch from this guy. My accounts will be closed by the end of the month. So sad !!! oh and angry.

Went in to try and open a bank account for my daughter, the blonde customer service lady with glasses was about as helpful as a dead horse, with a personality to match, just kept saying ?go online?

Customer service from staff is near impossible to get, counter staff who take to long, line's of people who are elderly and disabled as am I, having to wait up to at least half an hour to receive any kind of service, is this how Barclays treat their customers, I have banked with Barclays for at least 15+ years and never have I been treated so badly by this bank

Visted this branch today for personal reasons and a lovely staff member (Annette Holiday )helped me sort this out . She put me at ease and explained everything to me in a kind,helpful and professional way . Her customer service was second to none ,,,, So thanks again Annette for putting my very anxious mind at rest .

Machines not working and unhelpful staff. What is the point of having the doors open if the machines will not do withdrawal or deposit transactions. "Use the post office" they told us haha

Needed a second bank account at a different bank to my main one. Went to this bank expecting to sort it out there and then, but advised it would be six weeks till an appointment with adviser could be arranged. Went down road to Santander and got one arrange there and then.Including the off putting sight of long queues snaking up street, this bank is obviously understaffed and could not care less about its customersPeter Leech

Did you know that Barclays are still investing in Fossil Fuels? If you try to put your money into something which is not fossil fuels they are unable to assure you that it will not be invested there. Switch your bank easily to one which is more ethical: switch-it.green. thanks

Actually deserve no star at all. Horrendously incompetent staffs very poor and inefficient service. Cannot manage my issue for several weeks despite involving several staffs and me going to the branch in person. I honestly dont know what they are paid for.

Rubbish. called in today to try to arrange a meeting to discuss financial matters I was ushered to a teller who started asking me private questions at the desk I explained we wanted to discuss a loan. after around 15 minutes hanging around I was told sorry you can't get a loan.during my wait at the counter the tellers were discussing the customer to my left who wanted to withdraw 14k in cashThe gentleman in question was a bit elderly and walked with a stick. I could have been anyone and followed this man and robbed him disgustedI have complained and I am waiting for the manager to ring me back this afternoon not looking good

Two serving and 50 minutes waiting to get to the front. There were older people with walking sticks too. More staff are needed and head office need to step up before customers go elsewhere. It's really easy to change banks these days, something else head office might want to bear in mind. Something I'm going to do I'm afraid.
