Outstanding service both from the lady who dealt with me at the till and from the guy who fitted my battery. Both very friendly and helpful. Battery was fitted straight away. Would definitely return to this store. Both assistants are an asset to the store.

Been to the South Shields branch twice recently. Both time we have had to wait ages to be served. This is not a slur on the staff, who are very professional and helpful, but the fact that the store is understaffed.

Bought bike from here at the end off December, used the bike properly for the first time today back brake lost all pressure and fluid leaking from the leaver.Phoned store told me to bring it down got there they fella at the bike end was already dealing with unhappy customers regarding a bike they purchased for their son he then told me it would cost me £25 for them to sort the brake out. I just walked out got InTouch with my bank for a partial refund due to items not as described not worth arguing with these people always buy with buyers protection in mind from these sorts of company's go directly to your bank over arguing with these.

We made a click and collect order online and later went to store. We had messed up the order but staff were extremely patient and helpful, eventually working out our mistake and advised us how to fix it. When we had sorted it out online, they were again exceptionally helpful. We cannot thank them enough. Excellent customer service. Well done.

Went in for some HID replacement bulbs this afternoon, again very helpful staff, everytime I visit this store they are always willing to help and go that bit further, cheers for the advice from the blokes that served me today cheers

The best customer service today by three of the staff mark, leanne and brit absolutely wonderful amd nothing too much trouble all though the fitting of my bulbs was, god love them stood in cold until the job was done. Honestly great service well done halfords and the South shields team. Lisa

Ordered and paid for 3 de icer sprays emailed ready to collect. Went to collect couldn't be found. Loads on shelf not allowed to take. Waited TEN minutes to resolve. Hopeless

I have always had a good friendly service but the past two times I've been in I have been had Demetrai (probably not spelt right).He was super kind, efficient, friendly and has had my bike back in full working order and more. Just little things that make me very grateful for his service. I use my bike everyday and I have my little boy on the bike so I'm really happy to have fully functioning bike. Thank you so much.
