Terrible service in this store when returning a faulty pair of Jameson Carter joggers bought for my nephew. The manager was incredibly unhelpful and didn?t want to know. A different story in the Sunderland branch. The staff in Sunderland are helpful and clearly have been trained in customer service.

Came here the other day at approximately 2.48 pm. Went to buy a gucci pouch but apparently they don't have any in stock. I told them I'd ching man down if they never brought me what I wanted so they went and got me my pouch and even gave a pair of balenciagas for free. However this is still opp block in my eyes.

They're normally good, but around Christmas/new year don't always have what you want in regards to size because they get busy.
