Second Review - Safe to say I will not be buying anything from SCS again, since posting the first review I was contacted by SCS for my details so they could look into my issue and they replied with an email stating what I already knew, 1 week later I have received another email saying my furniture wont be deliverd until November now... Almost 6 months after purchasing is ridiculous.First Review- Quick to make the sale but the slowest place I've known for getting your furnuture delivered, orderd end of May and told it would be end of August for delivery, then end of September and now end of October... By Xmas perhaps?

Avoid this branch. My wife and I bought a 2 piece sofa and were informed at the time of purchase that we would be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery. So after waiting around 10 weeks, we received an email saying we will deliver your sofa tomorrow. Upon contacting this branch we were informed by the not so helpful staff, if you want to re arrange delivery there was another cost involved, now after paying almost 3 grand for a sofa we certainly did not expect the ultimatum of it being dumped on us or having to pay yet more money.Despicable service, and quite frankly out right lies.

The. Experienced staff member explained the products available and helped us decide which setee suited our needs. We were very impressed.He explained the delivery times etc and advantages of the fabric protection which we also purchased.A big thank you for your help,we have told several friends and family of our positive experience at SCS South Shields.
