My optician was Una who gave exceptional service , so caring , kind and excellent at everything she did .Also the young girl Claire who helped me to chose was great , I felt I was treat with respect , which is rare nowadays.I’m very nervous as my eyes are so bad but everything was great .Altogether a lovely experience

Appalling service, we were sat upstairs waiting for over an hour past my sons appointment time. He has autism and really doesn't like sitting around to long.
