Accepted that its a small store, but the selection has decreased over time. Only really useful for a quick top-up for milk, bread etc.

Products and floor staff are great. Security on door was unnecessarily rude to us on leaving - we had asked a floor staff member if we could bring the basket to our car to unload and he said yes that was fine - but security was then extremely rude and grumpy to both us and the floor staff member who was trying to help, we did nothing wrong and proceeded to just carry our items but the man kept grumbling and staring us down rather than politely telling us we are miss informed; this man shown zero customer service skills.

Why is it every time I go and ask for the big checkout to open, always told its closed as no staffI shop for 3 different people at the same time and trying to sort the 3 loads and have all the bags on the floor
