Worst staff in Sunderland. I took my ticket from the betting terminal to cash at the counter but one of the staff who i found out was called Ashleigh was content that it wasn't my ticket but one of the staffs. After a few minutes she decided to change her mind and gave me the money. It's asituation that never should have happened.
