Friendly staff only 1 minor complaint I never know when my perscription is ready for collection.Boots used to email to say it was ready. But on the whole good service.

I would give it 0 stars if you were given the choice rude staff who tried to charge me for 2 prescriptions when there was only 1 then tried to argue about it with a raised voice no customer service at all. The pharmacist ended having to phone another pharmacy to find out that the 2 members of staff who were arguing with me were wrong and my prescription was only classed as 1 item maybe the staff need more training because they obviously don't know there job.

Asked my doctor to send my prescription to demnox in farringdon for my medication which was sent electronically on friday the 28rh of August, I went to pick up my medication on Tuesday 1st of September and the staff within the shop told me that they had not received my prescription either by post or electronically. This is not the first time this has happened at this pharmacy. Will not be going to this pharmacy ever again.
