Perfect customer service from Jackie today. She helped me get sorted with new contract phone..sorted all my apps and passwords out..gave me a really good deal and I came away extremely happy.. and not stressed at all .thank you so much. Would definitely recommend EE to everyone

I took my son's phone in for a repair as it was stuck in a samsung loop. The lads sent the phone off and it was back within a couple of days. Only problem was it was wiped clean. Which they explained before sending away. So make sure you save everything to Google cloud or iCloud. Or use a separate memory card. Luckily my son's was all backed up on the Google cloud. Thanks ?

I was helped immediately on entering the shop the person who helped me was very polite and friendly he advised me on all the options it took a short time to complete the option i agreed on perfect service from start to finish would definitely recommend EE to friends and family
