Horrid corporate tawts as per the norm. Dead easy to upgrade and spend more money with them but if you want to cancel something you have to jump through a million hoops. It is a calculated, measured, and in my view, underhand practice they employ. It's all about the money money money ??

?I don't normally call in to company's and I very rarely change services but today I called as I wanted a upgrade on my phone and Connor o?neil at upgrades and retentions who I spoke to was wonderful with his Customer service, his politeness towards me, I also felt he went above and beyond for me which made me feel like a valued customer, especially these days when your just another number in a company's list.If i was at a restaurant I'd happily leave Connor a tip.?I have my own business and know the true value of having great employees, without a good team of staff a business will most likely fail.In this day and age finding good workers with the right work ethic is getting harder each day so I can appreciate when I come across excellent customer service.Thanks Connor

Stone cold losers. Months of broken internet. Simply need a new router to fix. EEs continue to repeat their own mistakes sending failed packages over and over.
