Terrible cust service.. Attitude within 30 secs of the call just because I was calling about a refund that hasn't been authorised after waiting 6 days ...The call handler was pig ignorant .I was trying to help her get a tracking number and she was adamant it wasn't one of 'theirs' ..It definitely was and when she realised... read full comment
