Been to Iceland the other day and Christine who works there is FANTASTIC. She is very helpful and her customer service skills are 10/10 she is brilliant a credit to the team, so polite and friendly and went out if her way to find me stuff and explained all the deal Iceland had.I've been to Iceland a few times and one member of staff called Linda is VERY rude, her customer service skills are lacking to say the least.Will definitely be back to Iceland and hopefully Christine is in. 10/10.Thank you

The price have gone up so much and the sizes are going down there is no way the price are only up 10%. Used to be my 1st stop for shopping. Just can't afford to go any more.
