“I took a clock in that was my great grandmother's clock. She got it as a wedding present. Then it got passed to my nana. Over the years we wound the clock up too many times and it stopped working. I ended up with the clock and after many years I decided to get it fixed. I picked it up after a few week. IT MADE ME EMOTIONAL TO ACTUALLY HEAR THE CLOCK CHIME AFTER 40+YEARS OF NOT WORKING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERY HAPPY.”
“What can I say, apart from I highly appreciate the help given to me by the two ladies that where working in store on 23rd/11/2021, I had booked a room in a hotel well rented accommodation but can rent per night with a hotel called AA sunderland North, but there was no phone number nor a housing number of the property, these two ladies even used their own phones and helped me try to find the property, in the end when a gentleman entered the shop he advices it was the property opposite above bookies, and he was correct, I very much appropriate the help from these people if it wasn't for them I'd never of found the place and that's no exaggeration, the ladies are a credit to the company they work for, they are very polite and very well mannered, thank u very much ladies, I really am greatful xx”
