Poor experience. Was referred by 111. Ok understand pharmacist reluctant to provide treatment. But this aside he was rude dismissive and unhelpful. Told me at first to come back 5 hours later as he was too busy . Surely he is being paid to provide this service. Too busy having in-depth conversation with a customer about pineapples !!!I was referred here and took this option instead of urgent treatment centre so as not to bother hospital. Never again never use this pharmacy .

My husband and myself have just visited the walk in clinic today for us both to have the COVID vac and for myself to have a flu jab. I can honestly say that this is a wonderful business and the attending pharmacist is the most attentive and professional person I have had the pleasure to meet. Would not hesitate to recommend anyone

Hand sanitizer £5.99 for a tiny tiny bottle at the tills and a kids plastic themometer nearly £10 (that you would usually pick up for a couple of £), absolute disgrace taking advantage at such sad time for our country! Well done, this is why I won?t be shopping at my local pharmacy again! Supermarket it is! Shame on you!

This chemist has very old members of staff who struggle to do their jobs. The reason why I refuse to use this chemist anymore is that the pharmacist did not put the side effects sheet in with my medication. If I hadn?t gone back and insisted on a sheet being given to me then I would have taken the medication and I would have had an allergic reaction to the medication. Endangering patients is a serious matter.
